Our 30 – kg Welding Positioner is a high – quality and reliable device designed for efficient and precise welding operations. It has a load – bearing capacity of 30 kg, making it suitable for a wide range of small to medium – sized workpieces.
The positioner features a smooth – rotating mechanism, driven by a high – torque motor, which ensures accurate and consistent rotation of the workpiece. The rotation speed is adjustable, allowing welders to achieve the optimal welding speed according to different welding requirements. Additionally, it is equipped with a tilting function that enables the workpiece to be tilted at various angles, providing easy access to difficult – to – reach areas and improving welding quality.
